Sometimes new patches scramble up the graphics setting. Go check that.
Wait, it did? What did it do? Because nothing has changed for me?! I could swear I have the same stats as before?!
You're lying and trying to gain attention. Stop.
But uhh isn't that the same thing? Am I missing something?
Normally when you upgrade, your stats (the yellow numbers once inside SotE) rise ... and if the upgrades are indeed stronger, I should see that, no?!
I just tried the final boss again and it changed virtually nothing for me :-/
Change was more of a curve change so earlier levels of blessing give more bonuses, max rank got only a smol boost. So at level 20 or close you probably won't feel much of a difference at all.
Uh I like that :-)
Now if they would only tweak some of the later bosses moves just a little I'm almost fine with it. Afterall: Finishing this DLC would be nice, no?! Being stuck on the final boss after clearing all optional bosses still feels wrongly-tuned for me.
But that "1" has changed to let's say "1,15" still displaying as "1", so the formula stays the same! I hope that makes sense. Maybe I'm wrong.
Anyway, here are the translated patch notes:
"Some of the information was incorrect, so we have made some corrections. *Updated June 26th at 16:50
Incorrect: Corrected the increase curve of the attack power and cut rate enhancement rate due to "Protection of Shadow Tree" and "Protection of Spirit Ash" and the effect at maximum enhancement
Correct: Corrected the increase curve of the attack power and cut rate enhancement rate due to "Protection of Shadow Tree" and the effect at maximum enhancement
Thank you very much to everyone who has been playing "ELDEN RING SHADOW OF THE ERDTREE".
In order to adjust the balance of the DLC, we have distributed the following regulation file.
Changes made by the latest regulation (1.12.2)
Corrected the increase curve of the attack power and cut rate enhancement rate due to "Protection of Shadow Tree" and the effect at maximum enhancement
Adjusted the increase curve so that the enhancement rate increase in the first half is higher
Slightly increased the enhancement rate at maximum enhancement"
Dude I went from 1700 AR to 2200 AR on my colossal weapons, I think it was a bigger boost than they are letting on.
Not an insignificant change, that! I assume at blessing level 20? Then again, maybe it balances out with the slowness of the heaviest weapon class in the game, and the damage resistances some mobs / bosses seem to have :D
