Elden Ring Crashes After Shadow of the Erdtree Update

Hey my fellow tarnished,
I hope you guys are doing well and enjoying the DLC.
Actually after playing the dlc for like few days I am facing an issue where my game crashes. Sometimes when I boot the game up it stuck black screen forever, even my entire pc starts to hanging. My pc specs are rayzen 3 3200 G CPU, GTX 1650 GPU, 8 GB Ram. Now before you say that the game required 12 GB of ram, let me tell you that I have played Elden Ring for a year now and I the game works for me. 40-60 FPS, some times 30 FPS which is ok for me because I was enjoying the game. But currently I am facing this issue on daily basis. I have found some reddit posts as well where some people are also facing this issue even with better PC specs and saying maybe this is an issue with EasyAntiCheat. I have checked after remaining the EAC file and starting the game offline mode my game boots properly. But what is the point of play this type of game is offline. Messages, summons do help you right...
Anyway If any of you facing similar kind of issue and have any solution, kindly let me know. Thanks

same here i cant even get to the main menu any more. it freezes and crashes before the FromSoftware logo screen

i have tried everything except reinstalling windows and i hear even that doesnt work

Same here. I can Play for like 2-5 min and then it freezes and crashes to desktop

Found a fix. That's works for me. Follow the video steps and disable Anti cheat. But the negative part is that you will not be able to play this game in online mode. Meaning You cannot summon people. Any way check if that's work for you or not

I have the same gpu, Intel processor of the same generation, 4x the ram. I had a hard crash every 2-3 hours, but not every 5 minutes. If the game runs ok without the anti cheat, take some extra time to find all the Scadutree fragments before doing the later bosses. You should do alright.

Yes absolutely, usually I don't summon people in boss arenas because a dude just cheese 🧀 a boss with his op magic spells. That's why I don't summon people in boss fights. But I do summon in dengions and caves. Also online messages help's some times. Like recently I was fighting Rellana boss and I was out of flasks and somebody upraise my message and I get full HP. That's help me to finished that boss. Any way until developers release a patch this is the temporary fix.
