Genuinely how is Promised Consort possible?

I have lvl 14 blessing, good armor mitigating over 60% dmg for basically everything, and i get 2 shot by undodgeable combos for medium roll. I do decent dmg to him but in 2nd phase i literally can't hit him before i die to some one shot move i can't dodge. And yes im using summons, my mimic gets insta'd as well. Some advice would really help. (not just get gud).

Well, maxing out the blessing or at least be pushing 18+ would be a good start. It's not like 14/20 for the last encounter in the game is that high.

Ditto for revered spirit ashes to keep your summon alive longer. I'm assuming you're not +10 on that if you're only +14 on scadu.

i have 9 or 10 for revered but also where do i get more frags, i looked at the resource map and i have basically all of them. theres literally not enough to get that high unless theres ones not on the map.

edit: i count 6 scadu i for sure dont have

I'm trying to wrap my head around how to kill 2nd phase radahn as well. He spams so many attacks I actually get frame drops.
Also lvl 14 blessing is too low, have you fought gaius yet? There's an area after him that has a bunch of fragments

yes i have

just counted how many scadu total you need and its 52. i know i missed a few but im pretty sure i didnt miss 18 of them.

AFAIK all 50 you need to hit +20 blessing are shown on the interactive map. There's a couple locations that give 2 fragments in one pickup, which can make it look like they're not all shown on the map.

The annoying thing is if you decide to just look at the map to finish collecting them, it's very hard to remember which ones you've already got.

Big armor, big shield. Two headed turtle talisman, dragoncrest greatshield talisman, greatshield talisman, pearl shield talisman, antspur rapier for rot, and slimebro.

You might be able to swap dragoncrest greatshield talisman with verdegris discus? But idk if its 10% damage reduction to everything, or just physical.

Its a cheap victory but its safe(r) to attack

I'm using the Verdigris set / greatshield with the swordlance. Honestly, I've got some of these hosts running around the outskirts while I solo him.

People are mostly using fingerprint greatshield and rot spear. Just had a coop where the guy did that. I have not really seen anyone win with anything except that.

Started seeing a decent amount of Impenetrable Thorns users while I'm helping now. Spell hits like a truck.

I did it with a Bloodfiends Arm, Lions Claw, bleed infused it gets 220+ bleed proc.
Don't summon in those quest Npc's they will just make the fight harder. Do it Alone or use Mimic Tear.

I also almost killed him the second time I fought him with a Rotten greataxe with Savage Lions claw on it, so that can work too.

Also there is the shield and poke tactic people mention.

Also there is the "Impenetrable Thorns" spell which is the strongest build in the game right now and it can kill Messmer in like 4-5 hits so I am sure it can kill Radahn aswell. Just look this one up on Youtube, makes DLC bosses a joke.

Also, the game is new and there a lot of moronic noobs telling you it is too hard or impossible, don't listen to them, we are all just waiting for them to quit and go play some pokemon or whatever, just look at things like the last build I mentioned and it melts bosses and you will see how clueless they all are. There’s two ways to go about his two shot move. One is to roll through him the second you see him raise his arms to give you a hug, the second is to use Miquellas rune to break the first charm.
