Not yet to both, have not come across those yet. I kind of just went around finding sites of Grace, then exploring around the areas of them, eventually getting to Messmer
, and then barely beating him. And then finding the way to Miquela latched on to his lion, and a few other bosses and locations. Just picking a direction and going in it.

Unfortunately for me, I killed Messmer before I talked to stupid grandma so I got screwed out of her items. I also got screwed out of a few other NPC questlines but that's to be expected on a blind playthrough.

I killed a dragon named Bayle, and a handful of drakes on an annoying mountain trek. And a dragon that looked like it was made out of wood in a crummy little pond, only dragons I have encountered so far in the DLC.

Kind of, honestly. All I got out of it was inspiration to go cook something.
And the curiosity to go explore more, I have found some interesting gear at least.

You do get a cinematic after killing him which is more of an attempt at depicting the story than I expected.

The #1 thing to do first is copy that Remembrance from one of the mausoleum thingies at the Finger Ruins so you never have to fight Radahn again.

I loved the DLC but it's a massive shame they didn't add any endings with the expansion.

Everyone loved this boss. The biggest compliment I've heard so far is "It's not that bad", that really says something.
