NPC to enter the dlc not showing up

I've beaten both Radhan and Mogh, went to the hand of miquella and no npc showing up and cant interact, I made double sure the dlc is installed, restarted my device, still no npc

PLS HELP im so desperate to play

Yeah Im in new game +. but my partner is too, they too have beaten radhan and mogh and done pretty much the same I've done, and they see the npc

I've just seen in the main menu he has written ''Shadow of the erdtree'', but in my main menu its not written, like the dlc is not even installed, but if I go into the dlc page it says its in my library, do I have to reistall the whole game?

Have you verified your files through Steam? I sort of doubt that will fix anything, but it's an easy step. Also, just to make sure, you have killed Radahn and Mohgwyn on your current NG+ cycle, not just in a previous one?

I had to turn in their great runes for the NPC to show up in my NG+ play through.

Yep I just speedran the whole game just to play the dlc, was in new game plus a couple days ago and speedrun today both mogh and radahn, just did the file verification and its still not working....

I think it was an issue when installing the dlc and maybe the only solution would be to reinstall the whole game but it would take so much time....

there is no npc to get into the dlc, interact with the hand at the altar after you defeat mohg and if you have the dlc installed itll transport you to the dlc area

There is an NPC, Leda. I'm not sure if talking to her is necessary or not though.

SOLVED: The dlc and game were installed on different discs, so I just moved the game on the other disc where the dlc was installed and it now works, I see the npc

Thanks a lot for helping guys, now Im off to the shadows!
