Can't get Sword of Light

Hello. I made the mistake yesterday of burning the sealing tree without doing all the quests and now when I try to get the sword of light...even though I have the stone sheathed sword in my inventory....I the light alter is not lit up and i can't get the sword. Anyone know why that is? thank you

The stone sword side-quest can be done at any point. You just need to go to one of the other three altars to change its form.

i'm at the altar near Rauh Ancient Ruins but i can't interact with the alter at all. Where are these other two alters? i've been looking at video guides and they say nothing about any other altar

One is in the ruins (forget the name) past the hidden tunnel in Shadow Keep, blocked by a wickerman that you need to restart with a Hefty Furnace Pot. The other is hidden on top of some spike traps in the Fog-Rift Catacombs iirc.
