Nepheli's Quest

So I've finished the game, burned the erdtree, killed gideon and elden beast, so I tried to finish nepheli's quest in my initial playthrough before I finished the game I've only talked to her once in the roundtable after defeating Godrick and then I go to the albenauric village and killed the omen killer but I didn't see nepheli and now after beating the game I want to give her the stormking ashes but I can't find her anywhere, not in the roundtable outside of Gideon's room, the basement, the albenauric village, or godrick's throne room, but I've done Kenneth's quest, is there anything I could do to finish her quest or I could only do it with NG+?

After certain boss (Maliketh I think), if you not did certain steps before that, Nepheli's quest is toast.
