Frame rate Unsuitable for online play
Came back to the game with a different setup now I cant play it more than 10 mins. I have done the 5 most common fixes you see online with no success. Build is 7800x3d and 3090 not sure what to do at this point any advice would be very appreciated.

First i would check EAC, at Windows 11 the EAC Installation can be faulty

delete the 'EasyAntiCheat_EOS' folder in C:\Program Files (x86)

then Use Registry Editor to delete all keys and values that had 'EasyAntiCheat_EOS' to do this search up "REGEDIT" in search.
right-click on HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE > Find and look up the term EasyAntiCheat_EOS and delete any you can find by search again.

Restart Windows

then go into elden ring's game files in the installation folder and navigate to easy anti cheat, and click on the install_easyanticheat_eos_setup

a prompt will pop up and hit enter

There are more possible causes that need deeper analysis.

than we have to check deeper for other system faults.
i also need some more informations about your system.

windows key+r
msinfo32
line 11 and 16
also what is going on in windows event viewer is of interest and what background apps are running at your system, a check of the device mananger and a lot of things more (is the gpu running correctly, is the RAm correctly working)
