On new game plus, with bell and no charm, he wrecked me for quite a while. Must have taken me more than two hours and technically I had already beaten him once. First time around though it took me one try. Most of his moveset is a culmination of everything you've come across in the game, and without having to perfect parry much, I was already familiar enough with a lot of his attacks. Second phase has always given me the most trouble, but the first phase feels like I've been training for it the whole game and on the third phase, if he uses lightning twice, he is done.
He straight filtered me.
Can't bleed proc him or else you die to death.
Indeed...that chad.
It's such a travesty that we are unable to enjoy Bloodborne on pc and Miyazaki and his teams shoulds be ashamed of themselves for it.
if I go by the amount of time I had to invest to kill him:
Rykan ... (level 25 is not the play)
if I go by genuine difficulty .. it's either pontiff Sullyvan or the King of Storms from DS 3.
Pontiff doesn't click for me. Killed him multiple times by now and I still haven't figured him out.
King of Storms is probably the boss with the second highest kill count on me though - however I did learn how to beat him eventually.
