High GPU usage with some frame dips

Hello! Before, when I played Elden Ring I would have around 70% GPU usage, however, out of nowhere and in the same ingame area, it started using 90 something %, is it normal??
Also I noticed there are some random frame dips from 60 to somewhere between 59 and 57.

My computer is a laptop with a rtx 4060, a ryzen7 7840HS and 16 gigs of ram.

i thnik its normal that you have around 100% gpu usage i have 7800x3d/rtx 3080. I have 100% on max settings fhd rt. It aslo depends where your camera is turned in specific location for example if i look at church i have like 80% then i turn around camera looking in opposite direction i have 100%(same location)

Sounds right for a laptop 4060, even the desktop version will hit 90 ish% looking at a forest/heavy foliage scene.
