Summoning Pools You Wish You Never Activated...Ready Go
I wish I never activated Rykaard's and Radahns summoning pool. I loathe helping with those fights with a passion.

Top regret for me was Fire Giant, never activated that one again.

Yeah, I donno what people expect when they summon randoms for Rykaard, but I will fight I mean, guess they just want him buffed a bit since it is one of the classic Froms gimmick fight, basically new Yohrm.

What's wrong with Radahn though?

Radahn....Hosts never level vigor and then get one shot by his arrows.

But but it is a beautiful sight... is it not?;) I miss the old arrows though, those were mean even if you did level vigor...

Fire Giant. It was usually me dying at first though haha. Then i got better with him because of how many people kept summoning me and now its usually the Host always dying or me dying by mistake. I think ive won that fight twice out of the literal 50+ times ive been summoned for him. It makes the fight unenjoyable and now i hate him lol. I just kill him with my mimic ash on horseback if im having trouble, summoning for him just makes it harder.

Been dealing with this for the past few weeks since i started a new build nice to vent... :er_sad:

I never regretted activating a summoning pool, I'm just happy to help and there's also fun everywhere in my opinion. But it's very difficult as a summon in the Mount Gelmir's Hero Grave and, I suppose, in the Lord of Blood's fight (I never actually got summoned for this one, do people not summon for Mohg or do I miss something?). Also, I have problems in the Divine Tower of Caelid because I always screw up the platforming (me or the host, but mostly me). I don't mind Rykard or Radahn though, to be honest. Relatively high success rate in my experience and a big chunk of Runes :D

I dont have any issues helping either, in fact i love it! :praisesun:

What i dont love is being summoned to the same damn fight over and over, sometimes using arteria leaves to help the host (Stopped since cause it was getting expensive haha). For them to just die either right away or halfway through...

Siofra River pools. I learned my lesson after I first made that mistake. The area is essentially an outdoors area so horse would be nice at times. The only available boss is unlocked after host touches all pillars and he doesn't know he has to. You have to drag him to every pillar and refuse to follow him unless he has touched it.

I wish I didn't activate Rykard's pool with my mid-game coop character. I dislike gimmick fights and thus don't want to use Serpent-Hunter. Not a problem with a higher level character but mid-level guy with a Spiked Club doesn't deal a ton of damage to the boss.

Me too! There's always fun out there!
Hm, it depends for me on this matter. I don't mind helping someone a dozen times or more at Malenia or Radagon / Elden Beast, in fact, I'm even more happy than usual when they finally are victorious. But on the other hand, I mostly use a furled finger at their fights, so it doesn't fit the requirements for this thread :D

Ohh, Arteria Leaves. My favourite Crafting Material in the game :D:D:D

If im helping someone through a post with my finger its much different. What I've noticed is if the host doesn't wait for buffs like hp regen or for his phantoms and rushes in. Then they will usually die. This isn't fact just an observation lol. :er_sweat:

i regret activating the one in the giant conquering hero grave in mountaintops

having to wait for that giant to come into the light is so boring

I think it's got to be Malenia's. I love fighting her in coop, but for invasions people spend so long hanging out there for some reason so I'll always pop in and immediately get kicked. The other bosses at least spawn me right in the middle of the coopers so I can try to be supportive and probably just get brutally ganked for a rune arc.

This. It always (or at least sometimes) makes me shake my head when I begin buffing and the Host just enters. Or, even better, I spawn right into the Boss arena. Had this with Radagon a few days ago. Host didn't last long. I'm sometimes wondering if they don't know that the buffs (I usually use Erdtree's Blessing, a barrier if required and Golden Vow, in that order) also affect them.
Also, I remembered a Summoning Pool I really dislike. Godfrey. But only because I really don't like the boss. I still will activate it on every run, just to help people (and maybe get better myself).
I'm also surprised that Lake of Rot (the Shoreside) didn't got a mention yet. When you have Flame, Cleanse me, it's fine, but if not, you burn through your Boluses and Health Flasks really fast. I admit that I, one time, just died there on purpose :(

Divine Tower of Caelid is really annoying because it's at the START, so whenever you get summoned there you're forced through the platforming gauntlet and chances are someone died from gravity before you reach the boss (more often than not the host). Really should've been right outside the boss room instead, that's the part summoned players can actually contribute.
