What level for DLC?

I googled it and it said 150 but that seamed high and I usually stop levelling at 100. I have played all the the souls games but never any of the DLCs so I have no experience in what level to be. I want to start a new character for the DLC so I am going to know what level to stop at so I don't over do it. Also unrelated but June 20th for the release date is super incontinent for me because exams start on the 21st and go till 26th (the 21 is on a Friday) so I will not be able to play till after or I will just study less one of those.

Like balance people for the environment or each other? What happens if someone cheated and is level 700 something invading me at a lower level? Cause this actually has happened. Alot.

560 seams a little low? Personally I would go for level 10,000 but that's just me.

A level 700 invader can't invade any host below lvl 301. Idk what ur talking about.
