In all my years of playing souls games the message placement of other players has never been as cancerous as it is in Elden Ring. I have no idea why but it's incredibly annoying. Clowns place them in annoying spots on purpose with the most pointless and idiotic messages, not helpful or funny at all. Wtf happen?

I REALLY wish From would put restrictions on where messages are able to be placed to help cut back on some of the cancer these kids can't help but spread.

I once randomly got the idea to point at those jellyfish at castle morne with my female character and write "Try taking on all at once"

The game has invaders. You probably already know what their ilk is like on the forums already, and to a certain extent the in game community. This message behaviour should not be surprising in the slightest. They want to irritate you and that's their purpose. That's why many of them like putting them in specific spots especially near ladders so that you can't use them. Though I don't know if that cave has already been patched yet but it was an issue.

Im aware of how toxic and immature it is, but my point is I wish From would restrict messages in certain areas. Like in a small area around NPCs, or near/on top of summon totems, etc. There is areas they could restrict messages from being placed so when were trying to enjoy the game were not having to deal with a bunch of useless annoying clutter from a bunch of children.
