There are dozen of guides on YouTube. If you have a particular desire or style/skill level you want to play at I can provide.

If you're just looking for friendly advice, get your first couple level in Vitality. It will let you live longer against early non sense.

i saw a clip a while ago of a guy using a weapon who look like 2 daggers with magic imbued with it, do you know that weapon?

The Cipher Pata maybe? That's a faith scaling weapon. You can get it once you gain access to the Roundtable hold hub.

Like other shave said, put most of your early levels in vigor to get more HP. No matter which weapon you decide to use, at first just level up the required stats to use it. Early on, upgrading your weapons is your main source of damage increase while stat scaling is not that important at first.

You can imbued weapons with magic or they might have been the crystal daggers or Krista daggers.

Like I said with YouTube almost every playstyle you could ever ask for it in the game. Just some are faster to get to complete then others.

If they were both imbued with magic, then it was probably a paired weapon. Paired weapons are weapons that come as a pair. The game treats it as a single item, but instead of two-handing the weapon you will pull out the second one to dual-wield. With regular dual-wielding, a weapon buff would normally only apply to the right-hand weapon, but since paired weapons are technically a single weapon then they both benefit from weapon buffs.

There aren't any paired daggers, and in fact most paired weapons are fists or claws. I'm guessing what you saw may have been the Raptor Talons. These are popular to use with Bloodflame Blade, as it will build up bleed on bosses really fast. The Raptor Talons can be obtained fairly early, but only if you know where to find them, as they're located in a mid game area.

For your first time, I think there's a lot of freedom to play how you like. There are, however, some key things that I think will make the experience much more enjoyable.
- 60 Vigor
- 51 or higher Poise
- Medium equip load or lighter

Vigor gives you HP, simple enough. The HP gains drop off sharply after 60, so that's a good place to stop.

Poise allows you to take a hit without getting staggered. Being staggered can interrupt your attacks, spell casting, or item use (including your flask), and you also can't dodge roll while staggered. It's more important for heavy weapon users, but it's useful for everyone. Most enemies deal 50 poise damage on a hit, so 51 poise allows you to tank one hit without staggering. After staggering, your poise refills to full.

Your equip load affects your dodge roll. The only difference between a light and medium load is that the light roll travels farther. Otherwise, the i-frames and recovery time is identical. A heavy load makes your roll much slower and gives you less i-frames. You can't roll at all if you're overweight.

Beyond that, I'd say to dedicate yourself to a single offensive stat, except as needed to meet minimum requirements. If you want to unga bunga, focus on Strength and ignore Dexterity, Intelligence, Faith, and Arcane. If you want to pew pew with magic, focus on Intelligence. And so on. No matter the stat you choose, there is an affinity you can put on the weapon to make it scale with that stat.

Here's a quick summary of what each stat specializes in:
- STR is for heavy, two-handed weapons, or for greatshield sword'n'board builds. STR also gives physical defense. Specializes in stunning enemies by breaking their poise.
- DEX is for quick and light weapons like daggers, claws, curved swords, or katanas. You might also want some DEX on a caster build, as it increases casting speed.
- INT is for sorceries, which is primarily offensive magic.
- FTH is for incantations, which offers a mix of support and offensive magic. Has a nice elemental variety between fire, lightning, and holy.
- ARC is for status effects, specifically bleed, poison, or sleep. Find a weapon with innate bleed and slap an Occult affinity on it. Or take the Ripple Crescent Halberd and buff it with bleed, poison, or sleep grease. The Dragon Communion Seal also scales with ARC if you want to dip into FTH for some incantations.

You can get a blood magic dagger (Reduvia) almost immediately by going to the big lake, heading up the river with a bunch of skeletons, and killing the miniboss that shows up. Kinda hard as a beginner, but a friend shows up to help if you just manage to survive long enough.

The main feature of the Reduvia is the special skill which shoots a blood projectile, whenever it's impractical to backstab someone you wanna use this. Just watch your FP (mana).

The only class that can use it right away (without levelling Arcane) is the Bandit, and since they start with a regular dagger you can dual-wield them right away. Though be advised the bandit is the hardest class to start as, I'd probably recommend Prisoner instead if you wanna go for enchanted light weapons (their weird delayed spell is actually excellent for stealth kills, you can line up like 4 shots before anyone notices)

For your other enchanted dagger, if you head to the north end of the Mistwoods (east side of Limgrave) there's a big church, search nearby for a scarab - it drops the Sacred Blade ash of war when killed, which lets you buff the weapon it's on with holy damage and also fire a projectile. Nearby there's a loud nobleman asking for help, doing his quest rewards you with an Erdsteel Dagger (faith-scaling). These two go very well together (though you can put Sacred Blade on basically any onehanded bladed weapon)

I’ve decided with dex and int what is the best weapons for this build

Moonveil. Probably a bit hard to get with a fresh character.
St. Trina's Sword. You can grab it right away if you know where to look.
Wing of Astel, also Bastard's Stars. Both require you to progress further into the game to obtain.

You can also just take any DEX weapon and infuse it with Magic or Cold.
