And OP, Bandai Namco won't get back to you with a fix because you didn't provide anything useful for crash diagnosis. Go into Windows Event Viewer and find the most recent crash log for Elden Ring.
Correct. But since your reading comprehension is broken, I'll be more clear: The issue is external to the game. If you investigate Windows or your 3rd party apps, you'll find the issue.
As for the windows viewer crash log, I have been trying to find it but with no luck, if you or someone else can provide any instructions for it I would be most grateful.
Thank you guys!
Factory reset is broken at windows 11, now you can wipe the System and install it fresh with a fresh created Installation media.
After the factory reset you will no longer be able to trace back anything, you simply broke the System now completely.

At least something good came from the reset :D, but I understand nothing, I'm googling the exception code now and seeing where that leads
To nowhere
The exception code simply says a access violation happen, the offset is a unusual offset and i think it is from the actual screwed up State of Windows because this offset is unknown to me.
You can try to digging around at this System but in 99.9% of the cases you killed the System with the factory reset.
Just to give you some more information
This offset is related to directx communication and you could try things like clean reinstall your gpu driver, repair both c++ redistributables, removing any third party stuff from the System but the chance is high you will get always the same offset or random others outside the normal patterns, pointing to a internal screwed up Windows or faulty directx.
Thank you for the reply, I'll try for a little bit and if I don't have any luck I'll do a fresh install like you recommended :(
I think you done a hold all files and apps install and not a clean one.
try limiting fps, start with 55->50->45 and so on. hope it helps
