Are all your drivers up to date? GPU etc.
This looks like an access violation. Have you tried installing it on another drive (except C) there might be an issue.
Edit: Did you install new bricks of RAM ? It might be faulty or improperly installed.
Hey man appreciate the help, i currently only have a c drive. Is there a way to check if there is an issue with the drive?
Ive ran tests on the ram and it seems like there are no issues.
Ive also verified the game integrigy.
Gpu drivers are also up to date
This is a directx/workload related issue.
Factory reset can cause a lot of issues.
Check Windows Updates, that the System is at the latest update.
Also make sure you have the latest bios version installed and the drivers from the Motherboard manufacturer, the Windows Standard drivers are often problematic.
So you have installed Background apps after the factory reset or is the System clean?
The system is completely clean, ill check that everything is up to date.
which drivers from the motherboard manufacurer do you mean?
for the last couple of crashes it has came up with this error instead:
The program eldenring.exe version 2.0.1.0 stopped interacting with Windows and was closed. To see if more information about the problem is available, check the problem history in the Security and Maintenance control panel
thank you for your help

Than i can tell you what drivers should be used.
Additional to this a lot of checks are needed why suddenly the game does not respond.

What checks would i do?
First i would update the bios and than using the drivers from the manufacturer Support.

Install both c++ redistributables (each needs a restart)
https://aka.ms/vs/17/release/vc_redist.x86.exe
https://aka.ms/vs/17/release/vc_redist.x64.exe
They often get broken by a factory reset and they are involved into workload transfer at elden ring, Windows sometimes do not update them automatically after a factory reset to the latest Version.
At least
Chipset drivers
Audio drivers
Lan drivers
Pide/sata drivers
Still no luck
