Its just a user message that more often then not is a lie.
"horse" and "mother" are the same word in their language
basically it's saying "the person who put a message down infront of me is lying and is a motherless *****" or something like that, i guess
it means you should disable online messages because they are either lies, spoilers or bottom-tier humor and all-in-all a huge waste of time, and it has been since Demon's Souls. Alas, humanity has not improved since then.
Actually, people leaving those messages are trying to be helpful. "No horse ahead" is a joke among chinese users, because horse and mother sound similar. It's basically like saying "motherless behaviour ahead", aka "the person who left the message in front of me is a liar and a rat bastard". If you ever see "no horse ahead" just interpret it the same as "liar ahead". It's telling you not to trust the message in front of you that's encouraging you to jump off a cliff or claiming a random wall is a hidden path.
