Can you further explain poison ant spur rapier?

crystalian + madness perfume with rolling spark.
do ash of war facing ground everytime crystalian get aggro. and dodge attack until crystalian got aggro again. repeat. (crystalian are extra tanky than other ash atleast in my gameplay)

you could look how lobos, distortion or any other streamer did it
I'd recommend you to enchant antspur rapier to blood instead of poison, but yeah. Just stay behind the shield and stab that ♥♥♥♥♥♥. If you lack stamina, use rebirth at Renalla and put points into endurance
The "spontaneous guard" tear makes it a lot more managable stam wise. That thing lasts a while and negates stamina usage on timely guard. If you are in the right place when blocking, the extra light beams won't hit you. Generally walking forward and left is the ideal spot to be for that.

learn pattern and then use dodge and jumps

You can block with a shield, especially ones with high holy resistance. Additionally, in the DLC, there is a talisman in the Shaman Village that provides high holy damage negation.

There is already a video on youtube of a person defeating him no hit parry, so most of the stuff is dodgeable, just have to figure out how, which will take some time.

I personally defeated him with dual wielding straight swords, sword of light and another one which i don't remember the name which scaled from str/faith. I don't think you want to use weapons that take long to attack with, you might also want to use daggers if you don't have good straight swords

Dodge into him and to the side, not away.
Toggle targeting if you haven't - I find it easier to see his attacks that way.
Use defence and holy resist talismans - Dragoncrest Greatshield and Golden Braid.
Use hefty rot pots - one for the first phase and two in the beginning of the second (even if you have to tank the aoe).

As a no skill 0 IQ champ - fingerprint shield with mogh spear. Add mimic for even more damage if you want. Also divine fortification helps a bit.

Fingerprint shield, block talisman, mimic, blasphemous blade, heavy armour with holy resist. Mimic will keep itself alive through most of the fight due to blasphemous blade heal but you need to remove the pressure by hitting the boss (he will immediately spin round so dont attack more than once). As long as you keep rotating the tank aggro the mimic should last until late in the fight until the boss 1 shots it. Then you need to finish the last 10 or 20% health.

Fingerprint stone shield + Scholar's shield (VERY IMPORTANT), bleed thrusting weapon, tankiest armor you can find and a bunch of defensive talismans. By far easiest way to defeat him.
