Any way to get the Dragon Eyes back in the DLC?

I love my lightning dex/faith Draco-Assasso-Paladin but her yellow lizard eyes got replaced by those edgy red eyes. Can I get the Dragon Eyes back with the DLC or the answer is still NG+?

NG+. You can get frenzied flame that takes over the red ones.

Yeah, dragon, red eyes, frenzy flame ones, but frenzy flame can be reverted, red eyes cannot.

You can turn off the red eyes in Character Creation by selecting "Eye Alteration" to off. Just use the mirror in Roundtable hold.

Yeah, but I mean if you have dragon eyes, overwritten with frenzied flame, you can still get dragon eyes back. Red eyes as any other can just be turned off, they cannot be reverted so you could get dragon eyes back.
