is the verdegris disc talisman bugged?

it says it raises defense with higher equip load but im curious if it means TOTAL equip load so your equipped weight needs to be like above 50 or something crazy to see any benefit from it instead of you being on YOUR medium equip load cause if so than thats way less good than i though and honestly is kinda too situational for very specific defense builds on super heavy sets... that isnt to say defense is meaningless but i wish it was a buff that was based on YOUR current equip load max and how close you tote the line to it instead of the max possible weight.

It's opposite to blue dancer charm talisman. You have to match your maximum equip load to get highest benefit from it and still have like fat roll. Overloaded character loses ability to sprint and fat roll while getting as much bonus from talisman.

Since you need to be in Heavy Load, I recommend using the Quickstep ash of war along with the Blessed Blue Dew Talisman. The skill it grants costs only 3 FP, which the talisman recovers in 6 seconds. So you can rely on Quickstep instead of dodge and it'll still be fast animation times. Who says you have to choose between great dodging and great tanking? Do both.

ahhh i see. so its basically a trade off sorta deal where you haveta accept being heavy or overloaded to get benefit from it but if you are, i would hope you still get good benefit outta it in return.
