ELDEN RING
The final DLC boss is a fat L
The DLC started to grow on me a little bit, I hate to admit it, but it did! Lots of little hidden things I didn't expect and some crazy ways to get to it!

Then I remembered (or rather) was reminded I'm playing Elden Ring. Whoever thought massive lightshow jump you at the fog gate 17 hit combo with delay swing into followup aoe into oh you're using a greatshield lol whats that? Good luck to the casters and the dex builds out there because this thing is about to test everything you dislike about souls bosses in one sitting. I'm not one to say, "I'm worried for the future of the series." about anything because it's a game, after all, but I pray to all deities hear me and my soul is yours. Do not let a soul that designed bosses in this game touch any potential Bloodborne or Sekiro sequels. The Devil can have the souls genre, just keep the best game of the series pure of this horrible ramping of visual effects and brickwall until you get it design philosophy. What little I enjoyed about this DLC got thrown in the trash the moment I crossed that fog door the second time and big boy gave me a nice AoE fogwall sandwich kiss.

Before the usuals show up, I've beat him and all the other bosses in this DLC. Of 80 (Including the reused from this DLC and repeats from the base game, yes that's right I killed every ulcerated tree spirit too!) about 6-8 of them were actually in the comfort zone of fun and challenging.

tl;dr Skadoosh fragments are still a dumb design piece!

I actually liked the final boss fight =(.
It was incredibly difficult and took me the most attempts out of any boss I've ever fought. I do hope they don't go this route for every end game boss though. I'm more annoyed with how little info we received for an "Ending". We learned very little about the ascension and how one actually becomes a god.

Same complaints from people that sucked at the start of Elden Ring even against the simple bosses when it released. Just a severe case of git gud. What's worse is you're prob on the base game not even max scaling in NG+ and struggling yet complain. This game isn't for you or you're to stubborn to even consider you're just not as good as you think and blame the game. You're entitled to complain but I'm going to share my opinion about it

Just watched a friend complete the boss fight in about 3 tries, he had to hold back because he wanted the hug emote. The boss was dying to fast. People already close to doing him without being hit. There's heaps of openings. Phase one is a cake walk, phase two you need to know where the holy lights spawn, you can out run meteor and you can even roll the suck in.

Fight was amazing, loved all the visual effects and music, been helping people in co-op and having a blast. It's comical how much easier he is in lower difficulties though. I was hoping for 3 phases and a new ending sadly we got two and no new ending. Pretty sure we got cut content

Also funny thing is myself and even my friend weren't even using all the buffs we had at our disposal because it would of sucked the fun out of it, the game gives to much power to the player. But most people are lazy and will just use flask and maybe a buffing art of war, which is okay I do that too i cbf'd changing weps to cast spells. But there are a range of buff spells to make you much stronger.

You write like you have a low IQ which is why I know you cheesed the boss, so let me just remind you that you didn't really beat the game, someone else beat it for you. Probably used a nice guide though.

I felt this way too, after beating the boss it just felt like there was nothing left. Just a short cutscene of Miquella and then that's it: DLC is over. No dying line of dialogue or anything.

I guess it was that way for Gael as well, but that boss fight had a lot more meaning to it.

Enlighten me on how you cheese the last boss fight. Not only have I beaten it I helped other people beat it. Sucks to suck I guess. Pretty hilarious that you're in such denial you'd assume it was cheesed. Oh and here's a no damage fight ya filthy casual.

I threw rocks (stone of gurranq) at him.
And used quickstep.

It was not that hard
It was a huge let down fighting Radahn again though.

Stupid
