Dragon Incantations DLC question (Spoiler)

So i saw the dragon maiden ashes you get for completing her quest, has a red lightning infused dragon claw incantation, and i was wondering if you can get that somewhere? Since there is no record of that in the wikis?

Im a dragon communion enthuasiast, and Bayle's incantations need a buff patch, and ghostflame is meh. Was wondering if there are more new ones than those three?
