These winter lantern fellas and this parry timing are ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ me up. why has god forsaken us with these evil beings and why will I not stop until i vanquish them all?

The one saving grace is they don't respawn. I also made it my mission to systematically eliminate all of them, even though I am terrible at parrying in general.

yes they are, i've come across 3 or 4 of them so far

Killed 2 of them using the buckler parry. Tho Golden Vow and Carian retaliation have the longest parry frames. they don't respawn and tbf you only need to kill the one that drops the talisman if you're a collector otherwise they can be skipped.
