Whats the recommended scadutree level for the final boss?
Im at like level 15 or so but my attacks seem to be doing no damage. To compare i beat the finger god rememberance holder right before and my attacks were doing about 5x as much to it than to the final boss.

I dont know what the max level is but i figure i must nearly be there cause i havent found any scadutree fragments in a while

Max level is 20 for the blessing. Would recommend being close to that level, if not at that level.

i had 18 and my dmg was still pretty meh, couldn't find enough for 20

I think the boss just has a really big hp bar no matter what. Using frost and/or bleed feels better against him

In either case it sounds like i may have missed a big area or something as i thought i had explored everywhere and thought id gotten all the fragments i could find

I'm going to go out on a limb and say 19 or 20 since you max out at 20.

17 or higher

man i got to level 20 scadutree and it was still rough. i only got through it using the antspur rapier and a big shield to safely poke rot into him. had to redo all my talismans to buff greatshield and stamina

Using bleed weapon is kinda mandatory for the boss.

if you do use that chicken leg weapon and make a bleed build around it... whiel also at 20 sadu level

he will die in 7-9 hits.
3 hits and riposte for phase 1
3-4 hits and riposte phase 2

If you want to burn bosses quick you have to opt for big damage setups, so either bleed build, spam jump R2 on heavy weapons then get critical hits or use very hard hitting spells like night comet for example. Especially on NG+ runs the bosses health pool are no joke, once you get into the health range where you don't get 2 shot just dump everything into damage and min max as much as possible and do use OP weapons.

Yea that weapon is stupid OP right now and I'm quite sure it'd getting nerfed next patch alongside the new thron sorcery and maybe carian sovereignty as well.

bloodfiends bloodarm... on most heavy attacks you do like 6000+ damage with that in a good setup

This. I'm +19/+9, using the Wing-jump-skill of Milday and doing sizeable damage (2000 or something) with it but even then Radahn ist just melting me and the ashes ... well the ashes just die so fast on him (even on 9) which I think is proof that something isn't right here in terms of balancing.
