DLC bosses rune drop vs base game

People are keep talking about DLC bosses are being way harder than in the base game, but I see no posts about rune drops from them. I mean, ng+1 with golden scarab and golden fowl from Mohg is like ~1.4kk while from final boss of the DLC is like 800k. Huh? I am not even talking about pathetic 150k-200k drops from other bosses (with golden scarab only).
