So having something that can CAUSE a stun for the Misery is something I'm really looking for...
Since you will be mostly waiting to use Misericordy, Golden Vow works wonders as you can buff yourself with it for more dmg and defense and just switch to a different weapon while still retaining the buff
I only accept to use mimic on Elden Crap because Elden Beast is just that, a pile of crap that dont deserve me fighting it, after beating it on my first and second run I decided to skip that boss with Mimic +10 making it way faster but other than that . . .
I know and understand that everyone play the game however they want but I think Mimic is a free win against anything.
Even considering Mimic, summoning other players or using other spirit ashes I always advise to at least try some 10 times solo because summoning any spirit ash, NPC or player breaks the AI of the boss that is only effective against 1 target, against 1 player, the bosses imho are worth the time of "at least" 10 tries before trying something else ... less for Elden Beast, that disgusting coward thing that only knows how to fly away dont deserve anyone time, commitment or respect, that thing is just a test of patience and is not even hard, the hardest thing Elden Beast provide is the test of patience with it, what I find crap design therefore Elden Crap, the flaw of Elden Ring.
Lately I've been doing that with a Scythe, which is unfortunate but it doesn't seem like the Miseri has enough OOMPH to get stance breaks on its own, and none of the ashes of war seem to aid in that any further.
There are a few that I've gotten SOME success out of, like some glint magic, but I've resorted to using Quickstep on my Miseri, because you can actually CURVE around enemies straight behind them with it, and I've gotten really good at getting backstabs during the curve dodge.

I've used Parry on an Offhand dagger with Cold element, so I can frostbite someone before I parrystab them.
