im new into the game and idk where i should go next after beating rennala, i go to caelid and i got humbled so bad that im traumatized to explore caelid pls help

About what level are you and what level are your weapons?
You can explore more of Liurnia. It have a few cool caves, catacombs, and a castle to explore.
Without spoilers, if follow the water to the very top on the left side of Acadamy, there is a neat mini dungeon with a fun fight at the end.

Also, if you haven't explored Weeping Peninsula, I'd suggest doing that too. It's to the south of Limgrave

Go back to Liurnia and head Northwest to Caria Manor.

Here's a tip: head north and slightly east until you reach a large canyon. Follow its bottom where you can proceed to the next region, but not necessarily. There's also a castle to the northwest where you'll find a another boss.
