Elden Ring Crash to Desktop after latest driver updates

As title says, before the latest driver updates for both amd and nvidia, the game would be running perfectly fine, but now I find the game crashing, especially in certain areas such as crossing the yetis carrying the cart in the consecrated snowfield breaks the game without fail. I sometimes am able to play the game perfectly fine but then out of nowhere it crashes and some areas I just cant access anymore, which I haven't had at all before.
I have done everything possible in regards to fixing this such as.

1. Verify file integrity on steam
2. uninstall and clean install Elden ring
3. uninstall and install steam
4. delete TEMP files and clear memory
5. Update BIOS
6. Update Graphic drivers
7. Disable ray tracing
8. run the game on low graphic settings
9. set the game to high-performance mode
10. set game to high priority
11. disable all other BG services and applications while running the game
12. Delete Anticheat and install it again
13. reinstall c++ distibutables
14. disable firewall and antivirus programs
15 .delete my save files
16. delete graphic settings ini
17. reinstall the game on a different driver

My pc details are
AMD Ryzen 7 7800X3D 8-Core Processor
4080 and 32GB RAM
