ok why the ♥♥♥♥ do neither of these weapons have arcane scaling? i mean srly the dragon hunter especially is a ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ dragon communion weapon with a dragonwound ability and rakshasa's is like the peak of what seems meant to be a bleed weapon but it kinda cant do that well when it doesnt scale with arcane meaning nothing can boost its bleed effect... come on from, give these weapons at least some arcane scaling!!!

Arcane has to be the most useless stat in the game. It's like Luck from Dark Souls III, or Resistance from Dark Souls I.

I'm glad that Dragon Hunter katana didn't require or have Arcane scaling because of that. I wouldn't want to reconfigure my entire build just to use a weapon for like five bosses. Being able to hit 4000 damage with a weapon art should be free...like buffalo. Everyone should enjoy it, not strange Tarnished who actually raise the Arcane stat
