OK WTF IS THIS OPTIMAZATION?

for real i can play cyberpunk, alan wake, all heavy games, at 60fps no probm and this game (as it was the base game) is almost unplayable to me, i have a 4060ti and should me more than enougj but i can barely maintain50 fps in some areas

for real i cant play this way, anyone else? NOT EVEN THE DLSS MOD HELPED

fromsoft are infamous for how awful their PC optimalization is. It'll be fixed in 2 months, until then, thank you for purchasing Shadow of the Erdtree, did you like?

i literally cant play, even on the lowest setting i get massive fps drops

Same here. A lot of people is suffering because this problem. Hope FROM can fix it as soon as possible.....

So Apparently, this is an Issue with certain higher end Intel chips.
I'm Using a Ryzen 7 so I'm not seeing any of these issues, with a solid 60 fps most of the time on a 4070 ti.

I have pretty decent specs, not the best, but can play base game at 60 fps with Settings at High-Maximum
BUT THIS DLC, OH MY LORD
20-50 frames depending on the area, NOT counting Sunken Capital which is 12-15 frames and it even kicked me out of online play due to unstable FPS. I seriously would've NEVER expected this. Putting everything on low didn't even alleviate anything. I believe it's an inherent issue with either my PC (very unlikely) or the DLC optimization.

I use a Ryzen 7 as well and have terrible FPS drops, it’s literally impossible to get beyond the first bosses due to the stutters and short freezing.
Nice to have good FPS, but way too many people complain about bad performance for those to all be PC related in my opinion. (I use a 2070 Super, Gigabyte)

the problem is dlc bound, i tried the rest of the game and i get some minor drops but its almost 60 all the time, but i cant play the ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ dlc, all areas are extremely bad for me

for me the game doesnt even start since the patch (dont own the DLC) - or well, it starts but crashes befor the "Fromsoftware"-screen, farest i came was the loading screen after "continue" ones, after vertfining the game files like 5 times.

and im on an i7 14700k, GTX4070 and 32GB RAM - also turned down the resolution with Expirence, didnt help

i have a dogpoop computer and it runs it fine......

because im not so stuck up i cant lower my settings.......

my computer sounds like its gonna explode.... but im playing with no problem at all.....

I only have issues if I am playing in online mode. Too many people in the new areas and all the messages and ghosts and loading all that drops me down pretty badly. But offline mode? Runs well.
