Hornsent questline

so I kind got lost during the gameplay and already killed the Church of the Bud boss before Messmer, so the Hornsent didnt invade me, i have to do ng+ to get his set?

Did you get the option to kill hornsent with Leda? If so you need to go to the shadow keep maingate site of grace and head up to choose the summoning sign or invasion sign

If you don't kill him early you can still get his set right before the final boss

yes, i did all the quest, but the final invasion didnt happen

Where do you get the set? I did the same thing and killed leda after she invaded with karate man and he was not there
