The dlc is perfectly fine. Not a masterpiece but still very fun

I'm pretty sure this community is ruining itself perfectly fine, thank you very much

Not even one proof or evidence? Or you just feel like it?

Nobody even knows what you are talking about.

Eh, if the whiners leave nothing is lost and people who enjoyed fromsoft for the difficulty still play.

The "problem" is thinking that your own personality and opinions would be based off of some streamer that's doesn't know you and doesn't care about you lol. It's weird af.

Here's how it works.

If you like a game, play it.
If you don't, don't.

Streamers don't "Ruin games." because they don't like something. How is anything anyone says about ER going to kill the game for you or anyone who enjoys it?

I've been waiting for these fairweather fans to leave since ds3. I gave up on waiting and have accepted them as part of the fan base.

Its just how our society is going in general, being "parasocial" is only getting to be more and more common with less areas for people to congregate outside of online communities. You see it a lot with Celebrity culture just 10 years ago, now its Streamers. who knows what the next thing will be.

I remember a time when a youtuber gave a terribly awful opinion on Ds2 when it released. And because of that people reiterated what they said constantly and promoted unfair discussions. It was like talking with people who refused to see it any other way

DS2 was and still is, considered to be one of the worst of the series and it wasn't because of a youtuber's opinion. It was just not that great. However, it was because of the game's financial success, that you saw a DKS3, so once more, youtubers don't mean jack, nor do streamers because they account for MAYBE 30% of the playerbase/viewer base. Asmon is one of the most popular streamers in the world, yet when his name is mentioned in the forums, people go "Who?" there's a reason for that.

The Elden Ring community destroyed the Dark Souls community.

It's considered the worst by people who haven't played it. The game is pretty undeserving of a lot of the ill-gotten criticism it received.
