get the stalwart horn charm from the belurat sewer area, and use fire on her. i'm pretty sure she's weak to fire

Go collect all the Scadutree Fragments you can and then fight her. By that point you should be able to get up to 15 blessings I think. Maybe more.

At the moment, I have collected some, I don't know if I can arrange the rest of them or not

Im level 150, scad level 9, used fingerprint shield with greatsword (Didn't feel like respeccing out of strength) and mimic tear. (NG+0)
