How to find NPC whining about pain and lost limbs

I thought this guy was just stuck in a bush like Boc or something, but I cannot find him at all or tell where his voice is coming from. Point me in right direction?

He's in the middle of the road don't kill him he becomes one of the most badass summons in the dlc.

Yeah he lost out, just for the voice lines of that npc , not mentioning his quest items

He's on the lower road from the fork by the grace. Near where the headless dragon statues start cropping up. He's balled up on the ground so be careful not to write him off as another corpse.

he heals on his own also he stops screaming and starts enjoying his pain wait till you meet him at the jagged peaks he is absolutely bonkers. dude went from being in pain to motivated to kill a god out of spite.
