it could be part of some audio devices, if it cause problems it would be worth to check if a newer AUDIO driver version is available, sometimes this helps to get it stable.
in the case of antivirus software, some antivirus tools can not get disabled and run in background even if set to off, only test would be to remove the antivirus program from the system to find out if it cause the problems.
Windows is probably installing it as part of a driver update. The thing about Windows installing drivers is that it will often install old, outdated drivers. In your case it's installing a broken / buggy driver package.
I'd check in the Windows Update history and roll back the driver. Hopefully that will stop it from being installed.

uninstall Auras antivirus its not that much better than windows built in one and has caused me a ♥♥♥♥ ton of issues. Do yourself a favor and get rid of it if you have it.
Just spent 2 days trying everything short of an OS reinstall to fix it... First time I've seen Aura mentioned but it was 100% the culprit
