Did I ruin merchant’s quest line?

So I accidentally oneshoted kindred of rot near the Church of the crusade and got invaded by merchant Moore. I didn’t kill him, but he is a hostile phantom now. I teleported to the Churches of Vowes in Liurnia to use celestial dew, but it’s not possible. Did I ruin Moore’s quest line and there’s nothing I can do in my current NG? Other kinderds still give me cookbooks. Please try to avoid typing any spoilers.

did you get any items from Moore? he does give an item that let you progress a different questline but Moore doesn't have his own questline

Well honestly I do not remember. I spoke to him at the first grace where he appeared, didn’t buy anything. Could you please write the name of the item and I’ll check it in my inventory?
