Queelign Bug?

I'm not sure if something similar happened to others as I'm trying to get the Prayer Room Key. Apparently Queelign is suppose to invade a second time at the Church of the Crusade only once you've beaten him at belarut settlement. I was going through the game and skipped belarut, had beaten rellana first ,and roamed around by highroad cross. I had the invasion at the Church of the Crusade (The second invasion) without fighting him at Belarut where it's suppose to be the first time he invades. I only went to the settlement sometime after exploring finding out which way to go. I joined a friend to help him in his world as he was running through the settlement. At somepoint during the run he got the invasion in the open courtyard however when I head to Belarut in my own world and try to trigger the invasion nothing happens. Am I locked out of his Questline now? My friend had also done the second invasion first and the first invasion second and was able to get the Prayer room key alongside the other drops. I had not gotten any drops.

I’m having somewhat the same experience. I actually did Belurat Tower early and defeated Queelign, I even checked to see if I had the talisman she drops the first time and I do. However, everytime I go to Church of the Crusade, she never invades me. Doesn’t matter what time of day, morning, noon, night, she never invades. I can’t open the locked door in the Shadow Keep because she drops the key the 2nd time. Idk if it’s bugged or if I somehow broke the questline.

I had a couple friends do the same order of the church 1st and then the settlement but they got the key and the invasion though we did nothing different. Unless beating the Dancer first breaks the questline?

Similar issue here, i killed Queeling when he invades me for the second time in the church, but he didnt drop anything. I came back but obviosly he doesnt appear any more

Have you killed the divine beast? Because in the base game if you kill the area boss the npc invasions don't happen. Maybe the same here. I have killed the DB and can't get Queeligan to invade me now at Belarut.
