I bought Shadow of the erdtree dlc. But the game was stuck on loading screen (no fixes helped) so I asked for refund. I've got my refund, but now I can't play from my profile. Getting message: This profile cannot be loaded until the required DLC is reinstalled. Any sugestions?

Same here, I don't think we are able to play the game anymore, not even the base game.
The DLC wouldn't let me load any of my saves so I refunded it, now Elden Ring is an unplayable game, no suggestions here, but I also share the same issue you do.

sucks that there is so much crying about difficulty because there appear to be serious performance issues some people are facing and those deserve attention

It's because of the pre-order bonus gesture. You refunded the DLC so you lost the pre-order bonus. GG, I guess, you played yourself.

similar issue happened to me but with a shared elden ring, I loaded to my friends elden ring and went into the DLC, and after i switched to my own game i get the same error and can't load to my own save file...
I'm starting to hate PC gaming

This really isn't a complex issue at all. You don't get to buy the DLC, gain content from it, and then refund it but keep the content. If you accepted DLC content on your characters, including just taking the preorder bonus gesture, then you don't get to keep using that character after refunding. They might go out of the way to help players with this by implementing some way to strip the DLC content from your characters or something, but I doubt it.

The solution is obvious: Make a new character/reinstall a fresh copy of the game or rebuy the DLC you claimed content for and then refunded.
