Lede's Questline Bugged? Can't find summon signs at shadow keep?

Hello, I had progressed through the DLC enough to where a major event occurred and Lede's questline should progress including Hornsent and Anscbach. I had talked to both of them, they had eventually disappeared but I don't see the related summoning signs I see in the quest walkthrough. Is this a bug? I'm locked out of the questline for now it seems.

i couldn't find hornsent's either, so i gave up and went to fight messmer.
after the fight this triggered his conversation and he left. Returning to leda's location would make it continue now to anscbach.
And anscbach's summon sign was at the same place you last met him.

only bad thing is you miss out on the rewards of leda vs hornsent.

Go down the elevator from the specimen storage and go forward towards the stairs (there’s a door to open down there btw) they will be your left at the top of the staircase.
