Keeps Crashing During Gameplay

After about five minutes, the game crashes and forces my pc to restart. I have updated my graphics drivers, disabled the steam overlay, monitored pc temps, and lowered the graphics, but the game just won stop crashing. How do I fix this?

i think we just have to wait some patch, i have the same issue.

Did you update any BIos lately, download Intel ME newer versions? This caused me constant crashing in Elden Ring. If you have a 12900K or lower CPU do not update to intels newer ME engine. There are fixes but it took me 6 hours to figure stuff out.

13 and 14 series cpu's seem fine now. Run Aida 64 Run cpu FPU and Cache and see if it crashes after 10 minutes. This can maybe help show you where to look. Because Most likely its your system thats causing the crash.

I didn't update my BIOS but i keep crashing... other people are complaining about crash too, I think we have to wait for an update :/

i hope they fix it i am 13 hours or so in and love it. i just started experiencing this issue today

I have an AMD Ryzen 9 5900X 12 Core CPU.

I crashed like 17 times so far. Don't get me wrong but im happy that im not the only one because i absolutely did everything to try and fix this instant crashing issue, i even got like 2 blue screens as soon as i verified the files after the crash so i am hoping that this is something from their side not mine. Elden Ring was good after the dlc.

My game is freezing all the time. My specs is rtx 3080, r5 5600x and 32gb ram. I tried everything. help me please

My game is crashing all the time. The screen freezes, I can still hear the game and it only returns to normal when I use (Alt+Tab), but then it crashes again.

Check the temperature of your cpu that model can stay at about 90° C and while it's within it's operating range, the pc will automatically shut down to protect itself if it goes above 96 or 98.

Yes, i updated everthing. My pc runnig very well, just in elden ring i have this problem.

How long ago did you change the thermal paste on ur cpu?
