Stuck at 30 fps?
I haven't played in a long while, but my game is hard capped at 30 fps for some reason.

I've looked online and through the discussion board and couldn't find anything concrete about how to fix it :/

Anyone have an idea?

Is Vsync on?
Are you capped through windows at 30?
Are you capped in Nvidia/AMD at 30?

I restarted my game after changing it in NVIDIA. Didn't know I had to restart the game :D
