DLC bosses drop 500k souls!

What are you guys doing with all the souls bosses are dropping for you? I'm leveling up alot like the developers wanted me to to day.

But I know there's a vocal minority that refuses to level up. What are you guys spending your souls on? I hope you not going back to roundtable hold and buying rocks!

I have yet to kill a boss that drops 500k souls in the DLC. Though levels seem to matter less when it's all based around those bark pieces.

It takes almost 1 million runes for me to gain a single level. Boss runes are mostly useless.

My character is bonkers OP at rune level 35. I don't want to spoil that and find out hes godlike at 150.

100k runes is enough for one level.
I usually have 2 at any given time because just once I want to believe gravity isn't a thing

I stopped at 160 and just buy consumables, arrows, bolts, crafting materials and smithing stones with them.

I have 4 mil rune, mostly using it for upgrade new weapon

Don't have the DLC yet, but I'd use those souls to max out the new DLC weapons and add them to my equipment for coop and PVP.

Honestly I was gonna keep my max level at 160 as I have been for all my characters. But after realising I'd been carrying around close to 2 million runes for half the DLC I finally gave in and went to 170. Then I accrued another 2 million. And got 10 more levels. So I'm sitting at 180 now. Approaching another 1 million. So I have no idea.

Trying to determine what my "new max level" is going to be based on how much I'm getting. I could see 180 when I started. But seeing all these runes makes me wonder at closer to 200. PvP doesn't interest me so much so I dont really have a need to keep it low.

So what your saying is you would just buy rocks? Why buy rocks! Buy some levels!
