Did mimic tear get nerfed again? Why is he so slow?

I'm getting destroyed by bayle sweating bullets because of the heatwave and this guy kills me in 3 hits while mimic just straddles at 3 mph

Gave him the auto crossbow for amusement and.. he uses that weapon art quite a lot, so now I have a mimic tear machine gunner.

most of fights he just stands around dumb like a ♥♥♥♥ sometimes he uses the most useless item he can and sometimes he just does nothing and watches me get obliteratet. and yes i use summons cause they are legit and i take any advantage i can get.

It trivializes the fight just by existing on the same arena as the boss by splitting aggro so it doesn't matter that much. If anything they should make it that you share a health bar with it. It's just broken as it is.
