it's not that surprising that people finished it already. all fromsoft games are fairly short if you rush to the ending and check the wiki for infos.
so yes, some streamers DEFINITELLY have this beat by now and a lot of other people too.
the only people struggling to finish this are those that refuse to use the scadutree system. otherwise it's pretty much a matter of how fast you want it to be.
also I fail to see what point you could make by proving a DLC hasn't been finished in two days in THE SOULS COMMUNITY? the one known for having obsessive speedrunners?
EDIT: I mean if you're trying to tell your nephew to learn to take his time and enjoy the work put in the game, I get the point but... good luck with that. a large part of the souls community doesn't give the shadow of a crap about the art, the story, exploration or even PVE. he might be part of these and it's.... *forces self* FFFFFFFFine...
