Unable to summon a cooperator | Bug? or just too

something definitely seems borked. I just get the same error message whenever I try to summon a player and they never show up, but it still puts me in multiplayer mode so I can't summon any spirit ashes or sit at a grace. Most of the time I can teleport still so it's not like full multiplayer mode but a couple times last night it just locked me out of teleporting and I just had to walk into the boss arena and give it a quick subpar attempt. I don't think it's just people being summoned fast because I can still see some of the same players hanging around for a while. I spent a good like 20 minutes just running around trying to summon someone for the Rellana boss right in front of the gate and never got a single person. After finally downing it I tried every summoning pool I could and still couldn't summon anyone anywhere, though I haven't tried outside the DLC zones yet.

it means somebody already summoned them and the process is in progress. There are almost 600K people playing the game. Keep trying till your the first one.

i cannot even see summoning messages anymore for some reason, and i am online and i use the salve so i have no idea why its not working

Same happens here, i could only summon once in a random dungeon, other than that never summoned any players, i can be summon but wherever i try to summon someone i receive a message saying it couldnt summon and i get stuck on multiplayer

the ones i see dont work approx 75%.

often i dont see sign at all even with the huge player count.

on the plus side i get insta summoned and insta invasion.

something feels wrong tbh.
