Cannot summon anyone. Always get the "unable to summon cooperator" message the moment I summon

I've tried verifying the game files, I've tried restarting the computer, I've tried restarting the router. I cannot figure out wtf is going on. I haven't started having this problem until after I got the dlc

Same here. Tried validating the game files, rebooting, etc. Nothing has fixed it yet.

same problem here, tried to summon for the mohg fight, i ended up summoing eventually but it was 1 out of 20 tries more or less lol

that happens when multiple people try to summon the same guy. it's been happening since the game launched

Its not your game or its files. Its because people have already summoned that player. Its a summon frenzy out there.

I hang out in Malenia's hallway with a RL138, WL+25 toon to help with endgame bosses. I'm getting summoned within 5 seconds of sending my sign near / far.
