Why can't I summon anyone?

Got a new character to Mohg at around level 90 and I'm not seeing any summon signs at all. All of my settings are appropriate. I never had so much trouble summoning help in this game.

I'd imagine everyone is in the dlc now who wants to play COOP

What level is your highest weapon? Try around +20/+8/

I guess majority of people are over level 150 or more. My level 165 got summoned in no time.

At this point i think most players are in the DLC zone, so i belive there are simply no player activity in your zone currently who put signs down.

Can confirm. I'm new and tried getting to Mohg through the Varre quest, and I couldn't invade anybody.

Because EAC sucks and most of people can't play online.

When I put down my own summon sign I get summoned in seconds. The world map also labels the area as viable for summoning.

im current in the dlc and cant see any summon signs and cant get summoned at lvl 122

yeah, ignoring my previous comment. I also couldnt summon anyone level 120 for divine lion. Elden ring has the worst multiplayer of any soulsborne

I'm currently 228 and when I have tried to summon people(because mimic tear has been acting weird on some fights) all I get is "Unable to summon" after repeated attempts to summon every gold sign you will eventually get 1 person. However, I've gave up and just roll the dice my mimic tear will actually fight and not buff himself repeatedly! Lol

yeah I’m also dealing with this. I’m level 119, trying to get to dlc on my second character. And for reference, summoning at Mohg with my level 139 character had ZERO problems.

Am I under-leveled/under-equipped at 119?

i got here early through varre, and have beaten Radahn and Godrick, but not yet Rennala. My occult flamberge is +14 and dragon communion seal is +5. I can make a dent in Mohg by myself, but I really want help😭

119 should have maxed weapons already. When I tried before DLC my lvl 75 was getting summons with +17/+6 somber. I believe now it would be worse as most people would go towards the DLC.
