Game Crashes After Patch 1.12

Hi, I’m running a Radeon 5700XT with 16GB of RAM. Not exactly a NASA computer, but it was enough to run the game on high settings in the past. However, since patch 1.12 dropped, I can barely get through the rainy Caelid region without a CTD. Fixes I’ve tried so far include verifying game files, reinstalling the game, updating drivers, reinstalling the C++ redistributable package, setting graphics to low, and using borderless fullscreen mode. Unfortunately, none of these solutions have permanently worked. Wondering if anyone else was having similar issues, also any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

Exactly the same thing is happening to me, I've tried everything you can think of and nothing has worked. The solution is to wait for a correction patch to fix it, as it is a problem with the game
