Graphics issue: flickering and shadow bugs and rectangular texture edges
First, i'm gonna say that my English can be pretty bad, so i'll do my best to explain the problem. I gave my laptop to my gf to play, she played some time and then when she went to sleep, closed the lid of the laptop not turning it off. When I opened Elden ring, I noticed drastic changes in graphics such as bugged shadows, flickering textures and so on. Here's a video so you can see it yourself.
https://youtu.be/7p3Bjkn3SPY
In the vid you can see it clearly when looking at trees, steps and roofs of the buildings, and in the image overall. Mind you that the game is on max settings and the ray tracing is disabled.
Last time i played (2 days ago) game looked cinematic, i was getting stable 60 fps, now the game stutters and i get like 10-25 fps in some locations and when various visual effects such as casting spells and etc are on the screen.
If you have any ideas on what to do, or if you had similar issues, i'll be glad to hear. Don't know what can be the cause of this. If you'll need more info of my system i'll provide.

Also i would state that this problem persists in other games i checked it in, such as War Thunder and RDR2. Fps is stable but the image is worse than before.

I also have the problem that the FPS drops and it flickers really badly from time to time.
The only way I could fix it was turning on Ray-Tracing. I dunno why it's so bad without it now. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1TUbN5aq4NA

Have you found any way to fix it?

hi, i also have the flicker problem in windowed borderless mode. as soon as i switch to fullscreen everything is ok. but i prefer to play in windowed borderless mode.

edit: also started flickering in full screen, just not as extreme as in windowed borderless mode

Unfortunately, I still have the FPS drops. You can probably get rid of the flickering by activating RTX mode. I haven't had any flickering since then either.
