10/10 Game, 10/10 expansion, still no microtransactions, best game in the past 15 years?

Many other AAA games that have released in the past few years are in such a sad state when comparing them to Elden Ring, this is exactly how a real AAA game should be released and supported.

Eh, I lost interest fairly quickly. I will probably try it again at some point, but there are other games I have enjoyed far more.

Some pre-DLC nerfs feel unnecessary as if they want us to use DLC items over vanilla items. Nerfing old items to make player buy new ones is a typical live service behavior. Also, Miyazaki once said that he would like to make a live service multiplayer. I think the future of From is unclear at this moment.

I would like to see an even more connected game or at least just some additional co-op features. Elden Ring is by far a better co-op than it used to be in old Souls games, but would like it to be fully co-op. Me and my one friend are running through the game together hopping from grace site to grace site jumping in and out of summons.

That title goes to Baldur’s Gate 3. Fromsoft should be proud of Elden Ring though. Still very S tier.
